These are just my thoughts….

§ This is the biggest Wallaby vs. All Black clash since RWC 2003 when Morlocks intercept won the game for Australia

§ McCaw is under a serious injury cloud & if he and Carter both do not play then Australia win.

§ If McCaw plays then it all changes. Even if he lasts 20 mins the mental lift it gives to the All Blacks is a significant factor.

§ Losing Beale is a serious blow for Australia. The most dangerous runner statistically for the Wallabies, he cannot be easliy replaced.

§ The All Blacks will target O`Connor at fullback. Beiber can play but has never played fullback in a match with stakes as high as this.

§ The pressure on the All Blacks of not having won a RWC since 1987 is negated by the Wallabies not having won at Eden Park since 1986.

§ The All Blacks love playing at Eden Park and love playing Australia there more than any other team.

§ They have been setting themselves for this game from the moment they left Suncorp in defeat during the Tri-Nations.

§ The All Blacks did not have the phyical toll taken of them in their last game against Argentina that the Wallabies had in defeating South Africa.

So all things considered…… If McCaw starts All Blacks to win by 6 and third time lucky!!!!!!
