Crusaders team to play the Waratahs named
The Crusaders take on the Waratahs from New South Wales this Friday 31 May at AMI Stadium (Addington). Kick-off is at 7.35pm local time
Head Coach Todd Blackadder has announced the team to play the New South Wales visitors making three changes to the starting fifteen who played the Chiefs last weekend.
Corey Flynn returns from an injury to his hamstring to take the number two jersey moving Ben Funnell to the bench.
A fractured finger for Sam Whitelock gives Dominic Bird the opportunity to start alongside Luke Romano while Jimmy Tupou comes onto the bench.
In the backs the jostle for halfback position see’s Willi Heinz make the starting fifteen and Andy Ellis move to the bench.
This is the last game the Crusaders will play at home before a four week break.
