On the Couch on Heart 104.fm has been nominated for the third year in a row for an MTN Radio Award.
The show stars Flapper ,myself and Tapfuma Makina has had some exciting guests this year including Danny Jordaan as well as the Premier of W Cape all talking about Sport.
The show is about and for sports fans getting together and discussing the events of the week and looking forward to what is coming up over the weekend regarding sport.
On the couch has been running for over 10 years and really at the end of the day is a fun filled hour every Saturday from 8 -9AM about Sport and what listeners think of what the state of play for all the sports they take an interest in .
