I have worked on and healed personal child traumas, namely sexual, physical, emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships

A Honours degree in Applied Physiology and Sports Psychology have provided a good foundation regarding the functioning of the human body and mind.

 I believe we are all “Athletes” and if exposed to a conducive environment healing, potential and growth is limitless. 
 These raw emotional traumas and healings allowed me to study and appreciate various modalities and tap into inherent wisdom and healing energies. The body keeps score.
 The body also has the potential to heal and blossom.
