Tribute to My late mom Lotti 102 years young today 22/02/2024

My late mom Lotti would have been 102 years young today. 22/02/2024 

 22/02/1922 was my moms date of birth. 

The values she taught me remain with me to this day. 

Be a decent person and say Thank you and always be curious.

 My mom  taught me loads of things and always had a good word to say about everyone. 

Happy heavenly birthday mom. 

As we grown older, Turning 60 is a big deal .. (on 20 January this year, was my turn) ..you get to appreciate memories so much more. 

If only we were this wise in our growing up phase, maybe we never stop growing up?

You taught me to always ask questions and be curious and always stay young at heart mom, thank you. 

Thank you Mom for going back after retiring as a medical doctor at Groote Schuur to register at UCT as a 1st year student to go back and study ancient history and Philosophy. 

Being a life long student is important as you always used to say to me   

Thank you for teaching me the values in life and what is important ..

Thank you for allowing me to pursue what I loved doing and hopefully it 100% and hopefully  we are making a success of it  and changing lives. 

You would love my family Mom ..Razia and Casey are the apple of my eye and we talk about you often Mom.

This was taken on my 60th surprise trip to see wildlife, Razia and Casey planned it all.
