R KELLY will be performing The Official Anthem, Sign Of A Victory, at the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony on June 11th.
He will be making a whirlwind stop in Cape town today and will be appearing at the Grand Parade at 18h30 with the mayor of Cape Town .
