On Saturday 17th October 2015, hosted by Auriol Hays and joined by Siphokazi Jonas and Pro-Found Ndabezitha will stage a performance in aid and benefit of St Anne’s Home.
This performance is the fourth of its kind staged at Noel’s Place. Noel Daniels, an ardent patron of the Arts, is the newly appointed CEO of Cornerstone Institute.
His altruistic spirit and ethos of “partying with a purpose and celebrating life” is what Auriol Hays has been drawn too year after year.
William Blake once opined, “Thus men forgot that All deities reside in the human breast.” This year the performance, aptly named Heaven and Hell, aims to cast a light on the work that St Anne’s Home provides to women and children at risk. St Anne’s Home, in existence since 1904, through various programs and a multitude of networks is dedicated to restoring the dignity of destitute and abused women, while nurturing and solidifying the bond between mother and child. This is no easy task.
On the evening expect to be entertained, educated, surprised and above all…expect to be inspired.
Tickets are available at R100. Treats and drinks on sale. Heaven and Hell Benefit. 17th October 2015. Noel’s Place, Mowbray.
